Ummm, since the patch notes are released, i only see very specific topics on specific builds that dont specifically discuss league starters... SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Check the class section on the official poe forums and look for threads with (3.1).
A lot of them also have "league starter" in the title so you can easily find what you need.

Looking for people to suggest to me and why. If i knew what i wanted, i wouldn't be asking the glorious D2jsp community

hmm, there is like hundred builds which u can make. What class u wanna play? Bow, Melee, Spell, totem, trap, mines? What skill?

That's why the best place to look builds is pathofexile.com/forums class and build section. Only thing u wanna consider with starter build is that it does not need some rare uniques, other rare items to work cause it's gonna be fucking painful to get them at start of league.
