I've said it like 100 times here, but modded weapons with crazy stats and effects don't exist anymore. Black weapons got patched out, the best you can get is an element that couldn't normally spawn

Just make him a shamfleet gaige, or don't play on op8

Modded badass ranks exist, he could have used a level 5 gun and one shot op8 hyperius
