On most servers that would be 3.5 mil gold. Pretty sure you can do most anything with that much.

You can only get some much Bind on Equip gear. It will not enable to you get accepted into elite guilds.

You would be better off just doing Dungeon finder:)

You still need to bring 20 non braindead people together though.
Pugging Coven is atrocious, no one knows how to survive.
