Can Srs ever be as fast as let's say sunder for clearing?

Hard to say with the Sunders damage fix , honestly. But I think so

There are a lot of builds that move around and do dmg, but with Srs you need to stop and cast right? Or late game is it a really fast clear speed compared to other builds?

the time it takes to cast a few SRS is mitigated by the fact you have the offering that gives move speed i think, its pretty fast... just google it and see if the clear speed suits you

played alot srs. when you hit decent gear you gotta good clearspeed cause they fly further than your screen goes

No it's not very expensive but not so good even. Baron might be a bit expensive at the start, though it got nerfed pretty heavy. I wouldn't pick that one.

I like srs and you can use shield charge, so its not that slow
