I will not bother to respond to your ignorance because you have never lived through domestic abuse.
Most woman fear for their lives and the courts can have the guy back on the street within days.
Woman are not property or personal gestation machines and men should have zero say regardless of circumstances.

I would agree with all of this if child support was not mandated by law.

/e

If men have zero say it should imply zero responsibility.

I support a mans right to pass on child support if he has zero contact with the child and the woman had the child against his wishes.

Cool.

I think abortion is abhorrent but it isn't up to me to decide what is morally acceptable for others or what people should be allowed to do with their bodies. I also think that having zero contact with your child and refusing to pay child support is abhorrent, but again, it is not for me to judge what someone may choose to do.

If you believe having an abortion or deserting your child and its mother is the right thing for you to do, I support your right to do so while still finding the whole situation awful and immoral.

How is this progressive? It's a right wing anti-abortion law. It's biblically conservative.

Not anything else than a bigotism poohole getting even "greater"...

Heres the translation from some french news paper about it:

"""""""
The conservative state of Arkansas in the United States recently passed a law establishing numerous restrictions on access to abortion. A woman over the age of 18 will now have to obtain the consent of the fetus's father, now considered a "deceased family member", to seek medical abortion.
"""""""

"""""""
Although abortion has been considered a constitutional right since Roe v. Wade of the Supreme Court, in 1973, many federated states like Mississippi, Nebraska or Missouri strongly restrict access. The total ban on abortion in South Dakota was rejected in two referendums in 2006 and 2008. But since the election of Donald Trump, the new administration continues to give pledges to "prolife" , cutting especially any family planning subsidy.
"""""""

/"pro-life" people with far right ideology, worst joke ever.
