It’s true it’s not a huge or even significant gain, but it’s above 0% and it’s an option for bosses that can’t kill you quickly (like diablo can) Baal is a perfect candidate. It literally doesn’t cost you anything at all to do, you just need to make your beast in a non eth weapon
