It's so common sense. Fully automatic weapons shouldn't be permitted. We have really low number of gun deaths.

Also there, the police background checks you, or you have criminal record you won't get a licence ever. I don't know if they deny you for even shoplifting, or just for violent crimes. And you have to go to a psydoc (Psyduck, haha!
) who tests you for mental stability. And if you are all good, you get your gun licence for a few years, then you have to take the gun safety exam, mental stability, background check and all tests again.
