scrolling down on facebook makes my netflix tab stutter or even freeze. happened since today

windows 10 pro with all updates. core 4770k with 16gb ram, random crucial ssd and gtx 980.

internetspeed was tested for 75-82mbit depending on how often i test. tried 4 times.

use opera

i do now. but there must be a fix lel

Maybe just a new update is buggy, can switch back to an older version and see if a newer version fixes it.
Can simply uninstall it and reinstall it in case of file corruption or in compatibility due to older version.
Could be a bad plug-in/add-on.

tried quantum but couldnt manage netflix to work
