Hey! Need help with these.

1. For a 0.978 M solution of HONH3I, Compute the pH. Kb = 8.7E-9

2. What is the pH of a solution that has an OH- ion concentration of 0.0000050 M?

3. What is the pOH of a solution that has an H+ ion concentration of 2.5E-10 M?

4. Calculate the pH of a 0.88 M solution of HCNO. Ka=3.5*10^-4

3. pH = -log(H+) = -log(2.5E-10) = 9.6. pOH = 14 - pH = 14 - 9.6 = 4.4

2. Kw = KaKb. Ka = Kw/Kb = 1.0E-14/5.0E-6 = 2E-9. -log(2E-9) = pH = 8.7

1 and 4 you need to use an ice box for, I can do these when I get home.
