When I try to connect to battle net it says you were disconnected from

Battle net been having a lot of issues.

Restart your clients

I had to restart my entire computer earlier before it pushed me through

restart client/pc
log game as admin sometimes helps as well
servers/game has had issues like posted above so maybe another part of your problem

If your on windows 8/10 run in compatibility mode and admin. compatibility mode should be either win 7 or win xp. sometimes one of the other only works.

Close Diablo 2. Clear ANY compatibility settings you may have put in, except for one (if this is not checked, DO SO): RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Re-open the game again and patch!
