The easiest way to find out is to just contact ASUS.
The answer though, is probably not. This is assuming the laptop doesn't already have a discreet video card.
If your laptop does have a discreet vid card, it may just be disabled at the moment.

It would help to have the exact male/model of the laptop or a Speccy screenshot.

Get SPECCY here: http://www.piriform.com/speccy/download
...get the FREE version from the: Piriform Link
...Speccy is a really nice system hardware/temperature, information Utility.
...simply install it...and run the program...then post a screen shot of the main page of the program, when posting a problem/question on these forums.

Theoretically yes, but not easily. If you aren't experienced with taking apart laptops, don't even consider it. Most laptops based on integrated graphics also wouldn't have the cooling to keep up with gaming on a real gpu.
If you must have a laptop, you are paying 50-100% more than a desktop for the convenience of portability on machines with similar performance. That being said, I recommend you read this all the way through and then make a new post if you are still interested.

Without the exact make and model or a Speccy screenshot...we can't answer that.

/e Btw that AkiTio thing, is just the BOX, it doesn't have a vid card in in...yet. So you'd be looking at $250 PLUS the price of w/e vid card you would buy for it.

I mean, that would make it COMPATIBLE with a graphics card EXTERNALLY (defeats the purpose of a laptop), but that also doesn't include any actual gpu from what I can find, you would still have to buy a separate graphics card.
/e what's you're end goal and budget?

Great, now do you have the exact make/model or a Speccy screenshot?

What is your goal? Do you wan't a laptop with an external video card that you can use when you get home? Do you wan't a desktop build? Any laptop with a good dedicated graphics card is out of the question at that price point (assuming USD)
What games do you want to play?
