Since there is no fg involved, AND CAN NOT BE INVOLVED, we are doing this at our own discretion. JSP will not help us in anyway if something goes wrong.


This is will be open to active hockey forum members at my discretion.
The deadline to sign up is December 4th. This is a bit of a tight time line and I apologize but the forum has seen a fair amount of change over. Hopefully everyone can send their gifts in time for Christmas!


How to participate:

PM me your FULL address and FULL name. This is all volunteer only. By giving us this information, you are agreeing to participate.

If you want to buy for someone specific, let me know that as well. I can't promise you will get that person, but I will do what I can.

Start of December I will PM you with the person you are buying for, with their address. You will not know who is purchasing for you.

To make sure that I do not know how is buying for me, I will send roughly a dozen people to another med to pair up which includes my name.

Please do not participate if there is a chance you won't be able to send/receive your gift. If you are going to be out of the area, moving, or not sure if the funds will be there, please just remain out. It just makes it easier on me.

Don't be a heartless bastard and sign up for this only to not send a gift. Not only will you be welcher listed, this whole forum will hate you forever.


I will be accepting participants until the 4th of December.



Gift buying:

Although I will try to pair you off with someone in your own country, it may not be possible.

Be sure to order from a US site if buying for someone in the states, and a Canadian site if purchasing for a Canadian. This is to avoid duty fees. NHL.ca =/= NHL.com.

A good spending limit is $25, but if you want to go more or less that is completely up to you. Just don't be mad if you spend $100 and get a $10 gift in return. Not everyone can afford this.

Your gift does not have to be hockey related, and please don't feel the need to one up each other. That's not what this is about. Just have fun with it.

If you order something online (which is recommended) have it delivered directly to your partner. This will just save on delivery costs and time for you.



If you have suggestions, feel free to post. The last couple years have gone pretty smoothly, and have brought a lot of joy to our community.

May I suggest anyone returning from last year post what they got last year in order to avoid (albeit slim chance) similar or same gifts?

I got a toque last year, but if I get another one I will be thrilled!

If you need some help with organizing anything let me know.

Also would be good to know clothing size of the person we are sending to if we chose to do that for a gift.

Would hate to send something that did not fit.
