I still have my two old cd keys. 16-digits. I contacted blizzard regarding this and they said they are fine. Not buying another cd key 24 digit though..

They are banning people that spend too much time playing this game, they want you to get a life and see some sunlight. If you bot and jsp 24/7, get on and off characters too much there's a probability of being banned with or without the use of third party. They are ready stop servicing the game ^_^

Blizzard makes billions a year with game sales & online services. Hosting Battle.net in particular doesnt cost em a thing. The conversation is a debate whether they will close the servers or not. I asked them all the dumb questions btw, they laughed.
