Looking for new monitor to pair with the 980ti ftw I'm buying this week (getting from roommate). Most popular games I play are Diablo 3, Overwatch, League, Pubg, CoD WWII, Minecraft. Hoping to snag a good deal on something this week for ideally under 250 USD. Guessing IPS panel 60 fps?

Do you want to stay at 60hz or go to 144hz?

If 144, i recommend this ViewSonic XG2401

amazing monitor for its price (i got the amazon warehouse $189 one)

60 is fine for me. I prefer high detail over high frames.

Okay just curious because you listed games. I always thought IPS was centered more for professional environments (photoshop, video editing, etc)

Try looking at the lg-24MP68VQ then

they got diff screen sizes, 24 and 27 inch iirc, top notch monitors for ips

Vouch. Ya can't really do better than a Dell Ultrasharp if you're staying with the 60Hz monitors.

/e If need be check out Acer and ASUS as well.

Unfortunately you seem to be right at a price break point, between the 1080's and the 1440's

Nice find. Don't buy used monitors though, make sure you get one of the new ones, they have.

Re-manufactured monitors seem to be a solid way to go as long as whoever you're buying from has a good warranty policy. When I bought my XB270HU BPRZ's. there was a lot of complaints of backlight bleed on them. I purchased them re-manufactured from newegg for like 200$ cheaper, and haven't had an issue with any of them.
