I lost a shit load of weight in Africa so I'm gonna do a less extreme version of Saitama's workout from One Punch Man.
Every other day I'm gonna do
50 squats
50 push ups
50 sit ups
and 5 km running
Maybe I'll up it to the full thing if I ever see it as safe (over exercise)
