How can you add power exercises effectively such as med ball throws, and plyos into a typical strength routine?

I use med ball throws as conditioning....
Just do big lifts and fuck with dumb things like that for fun or conditioning lol.

Med ball throws are great for developing power though. low reps, high rest period.
