Haven't worked out since high school, almost 9 years ago.

I'm fairly out of shape since I don't even do manual work.

Any good well rounded workouts to start ? Need to get bigger and stronger ofc

For now I would really just focus on getting a routine down, and also just familiarize yourself with the weights and workouts. Focus more on form starting off, if you have good form in the beginning it’ll help you out in the long run.

There’s many different ways you can do it and split it out though the week, me for example, I’ll do -

Chest/tris - Monday
Back/bis- Tuesday
Shoulders/abs/cardio - Wednesday
Arms - Thursday
Legs - Friday

For general strength increase and size you can stick with the basics starting off, bench press, squats, deadlifts, overhead press. (These are all the main body workouts)

Body building has a website that offers different workouts for all skill levels, I would check it out if I were you.

Also set a goal for yourself, find out what is it that you want from working out.

don't do bro splits if you haven't been lifting since high school. FBW or upper lower. Learn teh movement, get good at it.

I'd suggest a 3 day full body program at least for the first month. Ensure each day has a squat movement, hip hinge , push and pull and carry. Get lots of reps in of each so you actually learn the movements then jump into a routine based around the big 3 lifts

my suggestion as a beginner is to start with body weight exercises and do them for at least a year before moving into weight training.

This can't be serious.
