i'm darn curious why are ppl asking for plvl with Gem of Ease?
if requester needs to hold one i can understand but asking runner to have one? what benefits it gives?

It only gives the person who is killing gets the +X,000 exp. The people who are doing nothing don't get that additional exp from the gem of ease. It's just people trying to competing against other people for powerleveling jobs for FG.

Cause the leecher get the exp boost and the Rush is Really faster as without gem

i power leveled a friend last night and he was fresh from reset, therefore no gem of ease for him to equip.

I equipped my rank 0 gem of ease and he noticed a significant increase in exp gained per run... just an fyi.

Exp is shared. Runner having GoE makes it that much faster
