hi!
looking for a budget gaming pc (nn monitor, mouse, keyboard) for about 1500€ +/-
would like to be able to play recent games at highest possible solutions (eg pubg)
i want something already put together as i'm by no means an expert
it also has to be ship-able to europe - austria (perfect case would be amazon)

is it even a good time to look for something right now or would you suggest me to wait for 2018?^^
how big of a difference do i feel between i7-7700 and 7700k or gtx 1060/1070/1080/1080Ti?
feel free to ask whatever i want
any help is greatly appreciated :)

7700k/1070/1080 ti would be the goal if it's just for gaming

Generally you don't want a pre-built

I think you can get the same build and save some money if you get those parts and build it yourself

and is the one i posted a very bad idea in terms of price-performance ratio?

20-30% also better warranties usually and better quality hardware.

Pcpartpicker doesn't have Austria, went thru Germany hoping the prices are relatively close.
This build will smoke that hp for less. Better graphics card, plus probably a much better case and psu, for better thermals and long term durability.
Building a pc is not nearly as hard as you will think. It's also very rewarding. Here's and in-depth how to guide on pc building.

Gives you a better ssd.
Sacrifices the modular aspect of psu though no hit to performance in the end. (additional wattage doesn't matter, 620 is fine)
Changed case again no performance hit just cheaper. Changed cooler to be within budget with maybe a 1-2c difference in temps.

Larger SSD*
Wasn't sure what good wattage would be with a 1080 and a 7700k, assuming you're going to be overclocking both, so if 620 cuts it by all means go that route.
Case is completely subjective, I just picked it last and got the nicest one that fit in the budget (Tempered glass, grommeted cable management, better radiator support, sound dampening, etc)
If you don't care about the case, again by all means get a cheaper one. A good cheap case is the Fractal Design Focus series or Corsair Carbide Series
