this is the kind of stuff that makes me wonder, i'm debating whether or not i should just get it brand new

its more than likely maybe a tsb that came out and so the owner took it in to fix an issue. my 16 cruze had one because they didnt stamp something on the headlight and the fix was them putting a sticker or some shit on the headlight. but i also wait until its due an oil change and then get anything else fixed that has popped up.

yeah we havent had anything major its been like software update for the radio and recalibrating the sensor for oncoming traffic and the headlight one. my wifes sister runs the service dept at the dealer where we bought the car so anytime something comes up she schedules the oil change and whatever fixes if any it needs. its really convenient when she swaps cars with my wife and gets the services done and stuff.

Lol I was saying it went 15,000 with no service. But that is km and I dont lnow the conversion, generally you want an oil change every 3000 miles to 5000 miles depending on the car and oil you use

maybe if you use conventional and shitty filters

New synthetics and a good filter in a modern car should get you anywhere from 10,000 to 15,000 MILES

A mile is 2.2 kilometers, so 9,300 miles which is a perfect acceptable time frame with any decent synthetic and decent filter

TL:DR: It isn't 1995 anymore
