he can either choose to be President of that branch or elect a new President!
that's the beauty of being a rand cuz you can do whatever you want!

it was back in the days but now rand has a good meaning!
now a rand is someone that is awesome as heck and spends their time just going around being awesome all the time! the spawns are cool too but they usually have 2lrn a few things from the randz and plebs but they get there eventually though!
