16GB RAM > 8GB

I would get a lower output PSU with a real brand.

Never really cared for Zotac and you have options if you're willing to spend $474 on a GPU. Just my thoughts.

I’m a noob basically I have someone gona walk me through building this and I know certain brands are known for better performance reliability can be overclocked ( but not sure when and why you should).

So any suggestions on changes budget is just 1k

I think I misclicked that 3TB. Was supposed to be a 2 TB.

Zotac is cheap. There's nothing wrong with the brand other than perception.
