EDIT: with black friday/cyber monday coming up, would you expect any of these parts to be on sale, or would the entire setup change?

Eh, possibly a tiny cut 10-20% in the mobo/cpu/ssd prices

7600k might be able to get at around $179 from fry's in future, they had a recent sale on the 7600k and prob will have another

However, the differentiation of now to then in terms of $ savings (especially after you factor in amount of wasted time, waiting for black friday) won't really be worth it imo

7600k dropping down to $199 is really good
