Tweaked penguins build since john QQ miller statement is actually right for once. Also went with your higher budget.
Changed case / cooler/ mobo to add... faster ram and a better SSD while coming in under budget.
You can go with a cheaper monitor but the extra 20$ is worth the IPS display imo

The extra 4.50 will buy you your windows key via ebay, can pm me for more info.
I tried to add more free shipping items to save you a few extra bucks thats not normally added to your end total.

Except he's not totally correct because a 1050 Ti will get you fuck all performance even if you do pair it with an overclocked i5 when compared to the 1060 3GB + Ryzen 5.

Doesn't wow only see 4 cores? Doesn't the comparison between 7600k and 1600 give like 20% better single core perf?

I honestly thought I posted a link with a 1060.
Thats my bad, guess I really did need that coffee.

Changed back ram/ssd still fit in the 1060.

20% higher single-core clock does not equate to 20% higher average framerate. If that was the case, old FX processors would be the king of single-core games. The processor's IPC is important, and even if IPC is equal framerate still doesn't scale linearly with core clock multiplier. An overclocked 1060 3GB/R5 would outperform an overclocked 1050 Ti/i5 in just about everything, including gaming.

Ye thats why I kept the 1060 and worked around it with the intel cpu.
best of both worlds for op.

Probably. I'm too lazy to Google how much single-channel RAM will affect WoW.

Maybe 1% if that.
I mean in the end it correlates to aprox 1-3 fps based on game.
The intel cpu will not only negate it but surpass the loss.

Plus you have more room to upgrade later on.

think it all depends on the game and I have no clue of wow's memory needs, but most single to dual channel charts show like arthur said 1-3% loss or gain
