It is evident to me from the limited browsing that I have done in this sub forum that the same suggestions come up year after year. This suggestion is for an index to be created (and stickied in this section) of all suggestions, by catagory, which users can browse to determine if the suggestion was made previously, and the outcome (i.e. Ratified and pending or Declined). An add on to this : There should in addition be an admin/helper of this sub forum who would take ownership of the strongest | best suggestions made every month, and this should be put to the admin of the site, and not the users, for consideration. The outcome of each suggestion should then be added to the aforementioned index.
In terms of compiling the index i am sure you will have some regular members / helpers in this forum / site that will do this for free.
