I want high quality variety opacity slow and consistent falling snow to both my sig and user picture

both will need to meet size requirements on jsp and not lose quality or be cropped any smaller, this won't be hard because of the lack of color and shades in my work

no jerking motion, very smooth

different opacity for depth and style

I dont think its possible to make it that smooth with the jsp restrictions.
