Okay, I'll try to explain briefly my problem.

Recently bought those at BestBuy. When I'm plugging them (using the adapter with the mic/line out) into my motherboard, the sound is scratchy as fuck and there's sometimes that ''TIC'' sound when I start a video or move the soundbar on the video. Also, the 7.1 (using Razer Surround) is giving me hell. When I play PUBG, the sound starts to ''move'' from direction to direction like it was trying to adjust to all sound without being able.

The twist is, when I plug them into my Logitech USB adapter, all those problems are gone and the sound is pretty fine. (So it's not the headphones that aren't working)...

Do you guys have any clue on why it's doing that? If you need more info, don't hesitate to post here or PM me! Thanks :D

Have you installed the latest drivers? Available here: http://drivers.razersupport.com//index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=239&pcid=343&nav=0,343

IIRC there is a firmware upgrade addressing the ticking sound, which you can download through the driver software.

Yeh I have. I'll also point out that I have the Logitech Gaming Software installed, idk if it can cause trouble, but you know.

Also, when I use the Logitech Adapter, I close razer Surround and use the Logitech software with this surround and everything (mostly) works fine. I don't really know what the fuck is happening. Could it be my motherboard inboard audio jack that are somehow bad ?

EDIT 1 : It definitely isn't a bad inboard audio jack since I just tried it with 2 different peripheral and everything played smoothly.

The clicking and noise could be caused by poor grounding in your audio jack, yes. Do you have any other devices with audio jack you could test the headset on?
Just to see if the problem follows the headset.

Sadly I think it follows only the headset. Talked for an hour with razer support, couldn't really figure out what's happening.

If you're able to reproduce the problem by connecting the headset to other devices, and the problem follows the headset, I'd RMA or return it while you still can.
To me it does sound like a grounding problem.

I've returned one headset already and it still does it with the new one. I think it's mostly razer synapse/surround that make the headset go crazy.
