Have your tried not playing at the computer so much?
I know this is going to sound like a smart remark but it is not.

Your wrist pain is most likely (if not for sure based on your LS activity) due to computer usage.
With LS especially as you are clicking constantly.

I have developed early signs of carpal Tunnel myself, and can tell you I have days where my wrists kill me, so I walk away for awhile and do things that are not strenuous to the wrists.

Other than that really your looking at heating pads/bengay or icyhot types of solutions.
If its bad enough your doctor may also suggest cortizone shots.

Good luck

p.s. read above, stopping for a month is only going to help if you are not sitting there with an xbox/ps controller in your hand as well :P

its like bengay in a way, but they have more options for how to apply it,
They have patch type things that stick to you, or roll on applicators.

Honestly though, these are only temporary solutions, and the more you push your wrists, the less effective they will be, and you can end up with potentially life long damage to your wrists/nerves.

Good point as well. Sit up straight, have your chair at a good elevation, and buy a wrist rest for your keyboard and even mouse.

I had this issue with numbness and tingling in the wrists. The biggest immediate benefit was what I bought at bestbuy: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00KZOWO28/ref=dp_cerb_3
Laugh, but I have two at home and one in my office at work. I won't use a computer without it.

Second was I bought a split keyboard https://www.amazon.com/Microsoft-Natural-Ergonomic-Keyboard-Business/dp/B004SUIM4E/ref=sr_1_1?s=office-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1510181917&sr=8-1&keywords=microsoft+ergo+keyboard . Men have wide shoulders and this keeps my wrists proper angles. Again, I use at home and purchased for office.

The above is all I needed. The G700 Mouse is old, but it works well for what I do as well
