Im looking for a build that can run Uber atziri and Shaper. For a fairly low budget ( 10-40 ex )

Just go Wander and use barrage for single target

Do you have any links to skill tree / guide, for items set up etc etc. I dont know how to build a wander so need a guide to follow.

Looks very nice thanks for the link, but just have to ask. Would that wander build be faster/safer/cheaper then the Doomfletch bow build ?

they're both very good builds. with Queen of the forest, you get to stack insane movement speed. add pathfinder flask efficiency nodes....its madness

If you prefer to play kinetic blast, go wander. If u wanna go bow build, go doomfletch

At this point its just a matter of the currency cost of the builds.

i dont know exacty. I think you get similar output with the same amount invested.

Imo, wander maps faster, but is a bit less single target than doomfletch
