Really isn't lowball at all.

Don't need someone to work 20 hours on this, most the entries I've had were done in 30-60 minutes and have sparked a few ideas.

Just want want ideas that I can use for when I create my actual logo.

If you don't want to do it, don't

Make something worth 15k and I'll pay for it.

Haven't seen any work worth over 1k ever when I have posted 5k offer.

Hmm, Ill be honest I wasn't going to attempt this since to me this basically looks like a request to get a quality logo for pennies. On other hand people ganging up about offered fg amount ain't right either - don't want to - don't do it. Being a vivid crypto currency supporter myself and believer in idea of currency being backed up by a resource should give me good practice at the very least. Lets see what happens.
