Enhanched Effect, Extra Eq. Slot these i saw already.. but which others can be worthy?

Look for Items Tier III or higher with more then 60 Enhanced effect
Strength Dexetity and Intelligence are also great Base stats to find on items

As for side stats (less important but add value) Critical strike, Max Life, Max mana

Here is an Image of the item stat Caps, the closer then are to the caps, the more value they have.
