Ok, I guess it's time once again for this post.
If you watch the prices of pretty much anything, they tend to rise slowly, in the weeks before Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
Then when those days arrive, they lower the prices back to ...normal. So the sales aren't really sales.
The true time for true savings, is somewhere around February, when the stores and etailers have to somehow get rid of all the excess stock they pulled in...FOR the holidays.
Very few companies have the sheer space to contain that excess stock for very long. So, it goes on sale, at seriously good prices.
Other than this...the only other true sales are like those found at sites like slickdeals or massdrop...etc. These pretty much happen all year long.

What I'm saying is what I said. The only real sales are in February and on sites that only deal with sales, like slickdeals or massdrop.
There are many deals/sales on many items from furniture, tvs, games, toys
The rising price thing is not as bad as you make
Msrp is still the same though just the merchant/store pricing goes up
Usually what happens is many peeps here don't need the good deals
