So everything runs perfect on my cpu without freezes or lag, but when I put it to play through the tv on chrome cast the tv experiences lots of mini freezes and buffering type issues even though I can see the CPU monitor and it’s not experiencing the same issues?

Any idea to fix this?

What TV, make/model, are you using?
And what are your PC specs (can be found with a tool, such as Speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy )

If you have closer neighbors have you tried using different channels on your router?
Like 1 6 or 11
To rule out interference?

Can also download a Wifi scanner app on your Cell & Look at what channels are the last used in your area, And set your router to that.

Also; How many devices are connected to the wifi? Does chromecast run on 2.4 or 5ghz? Is your PC hardwired, Or wireless?

Chromecast just does that. Not best to mirror screen and not expect any latency issues.
