The main objective of this project is, on the one hand, to deepen the theory of location and its implementation, and, on the other hand, to propose a location of the video game "Path of Exile". In this context we will first provide a brief tour of the history of videogames and their location and describe the state of affairs in this segment of the language industry. In addition, we will analyze and discuss those texts of the video game that imply certain difficulties in their translation or adaptation to the target culture, and we will propose the respective meta texts.
