I can't seem to figure out what is causing this at all.

I have checked my RAM... my GPU and my CPU and overheating is not the problem.

Is there anyway I can figure this problem out?

It's a hard freeze where I have to do a reboot from my PC and I even checked to see if Windows was still operating when it froze and it was locked completely.

Is this a newly assembled PC, or an old system that has been working fine previously? If an old system, have you done any changes to the system as of late, both software and hardware wise?
What specs does the PC have? You can find specs with a tool such as Speccy: https://www.piriform.com/speccy

What error is noted in Event Viewer, if any? Critical > Kernel Power?

Older system recently had a big issue with it freezing during gaming and I had to open a new desktop in order to open task manager and end task.

so a few days ago i decided to reset my PC completely and did a fresh windows 7 + windows 10 installation first few days had zero issues.. and now this.

First I thought it was my older HDD i had in my PC so i replaced it with a brand new one from BestBuy and now it seems it didn't do jackshit.

Event id error 41 kernel power [is this just because i had to hard reboot my pc?]

Has the PC generated any dumpfiles in relation to these crashes?
You can use a tool such as BlueScreenView to check for dumpfiles and what reasons are given in the dumpfiles for system crashes.

It does sound interesting that the system worked fine for a while, after you did a fresh OS re-installation.
Could be a lucky coincidence or it's pointing towards software and/or driver related issues.

After you re-installed, did you grab all the latest driver versions for both your motherboard (chipset, audio, etc) and graphics card?

im not that great with computers [that's why i'm here XD ] but this might sound stupid .. if it doesn't prompt a bsod when it freezes will that program still show the issue?

I'd like to think I got all of the drivers but now im paranoid if i got a bad one or missed one.

I had my PC running Street Fighter V last night and stayed up late waiting for it to freeze. it was on for over 8+ houirs and no freeze. but earlier the same day it froze at 4pm

If your PC doesn't generate any dumpfiles at all upon failure, there is a big chance it could be a hardware related issue.

You can find your motherboard drivers, here: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/M5A97_R20/HelpDesk_Download/
And your graphics card drivers, here: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

They should override the current settings, so unless you've managed to install something completely wrong (like for a different product), I wouldn't worry about it too much.
Unless of course you have dumpfiles pointing at driver malfunction.
