I currently have it at:

4.5Ghz
1.315V

The Aida stability test has been going for 52 minutes and continuing:

4496-4502 MHz
1.328 V
Temperatures don't go above 63 Celsius
Xmp is off

I had it at 1.3 V but the stability test failed after 9 minutes so I upped it.

I've only changed the settings for the ratio and voltage for CPU. Didn't wanna touch anything else.

Is there anything I should change or how long should I let the stability test run for? Is there anything in general I should know or test for as well.

-_-

Also, since I can't edit:

My dram frequency in bios says 2133, should I change this to 3000 as that is what my ram speed said when I bought it?

enable ram overclocking yes, your motherboard is running at stock which according to newegg is 2133
probably it's under xmp profiles or smthn
all u likely need to do is turn a feature on and it will run at its rated speed automatically, no tinkering required,
unless u want to run higher than 3000 ofc which should be possible

BCLK is a good way to fine tune an overclock.

yeah that's the main use for it, with multiplier oc and an untouched bclk you're working with 50 mhz increments, there might be a point inbetween your current oc and the next 50 mhz up that you can be stable at... good way to find it is with the bclk...

Cute build, Evan. A lot like mine but I got a cheaper CPU and upgraded my GPU

Your voltage is a tad high for 4.5 but it works. I got to 4.7 a while back on a 6600 around the same voltage so it may have some more in her.
