glyphs yield 25x more experience too with the current event, so you might wanna try that as well, as I saw you were glyphing

guardians are pretty hard to gear because they're pretty limited in their gear choices

Thanks guys, my real issue is that it seems that I cant use the healing charm and not even the abilities arent working at all...

I just create essences from time to time, havent tried doing glyphing yet.
