They have the ability and can reroll d2 characters but I have never seen them do except once and it wasnt too long ago either like 2015 or 2016 ( I dont remember the excuse the guy used, but it wasn't "help I got pk'd and had multiple bodies" and its not like their interns even understand that you can have that in d2)

Do keep in mind they dont even do it for WoW either, very very rarely(and I mean d2 probability rarely have characters in WoW been slightly rolled back when ppl specifically asked and ppl had to come up with some BS excuse) and thats considering WoW users pay $15 a month...and not D2 players. Since that server merge thingy just happened you could try to make a ticket and blame them say that you lost items during merge but they have logs of everything going as far back as about 4-5 weeks(if not more in some cases)
