Hy,

2 years ago i programmed already some little programs with Android Studio.

Now i want to start again.
But which program is the best? Maybe also with tutorials?

Never used Android Studio, but I've herd it's the best. I personally use Eclipse.

As for tutorials, Google has pretty good resources. Vogella is also good - http://www.vogella.com/tutorials/android.html

Just use android studio. Eclipse is a horrible IDE and android studio is made for this.
