In the process of rerolling my off piece enchants are possible upgrades (going for 2% block on all my enchants and evade or deflect as the secondary)
look at that mitigation :3

Rune page isnt anything too special needed 2x IF/2x EXP minor runes before going for majors/meta.(but finally got em)
3x Rare block runes (9% Block total) and a Legendary hp rune (2.5%+), and a rare 20% redirect meta.
