You donate either $25 or the equivalent fg for someone else to donate the cash in your name. Must be in one transaction. This gets you into the screening process, it does not guarantee access.

you got a chance to get df access but its not for sure

No one knows what the screening process consists of. You either pass it or you don't, there are no guarantees.
