How do i delte my posts

Wrong section but you cannot delete your own post. You need to contact a moderator to specifically delete a post.

Topics and/or posts do not get deleted unless they are breaking the rules.

Contacting a Moderator wont help. If you mean closing topics: Just let it fall down, unless its content is breaking the rules then you can use the report button.

I've had a moderator delete the contents of a post for me in the past.
The post is still there, but the content is gone (publicly)

It really depends on the content, if somebody for example is posting pictures of you, without your permission, then yes, they will most likely delete it.

But in general Posts do not get deleted
