ANYONE whose fg wavers under the total required by their bets/mediations will be WELCHER listed, this rule will NOT be applied retroactively, and even if you are owed winnings by a mediator, you are NOT allowed to bet until you possess it yourself.

Good rule. I like it. Saw some guy betting w 0 pixels the other day. It's bad mannered and I like this rule. Has this been approved by sherrif?
