It s just for collection because it s maybe the more difficult rare to drop! Make this armor legendary. But for exemple templar might is better

Well you could play the same smiter without any armor and he will still works fine.

Tyrael is only an ok choice for mercs for some nila runs, other than that is just for pure style if the armor is not important for your build (mostly sorcs, since don't need enigma for teleport, or walking UT smiters that don't farm organs and things like that)

any sorc can use it, cuz they don't need eni for teleporting
