He will be leveling Attk and Defense
Attack doing 1m exp and Defense to 90 from 74

He will have access to bank and will not take any items from the account unless agreed upon by me
He Will Not Bot on the account or break any jagex rules
He will be paid half upfront and half At the half way point
Info Will be sent after agree
