btw the guy who sold me the scepter also told me 290psn sc are prepatch, and you were the one saying they arent prepatch when they actually are, good idea to ask around, but yea buying before knowning is stupid, i was just trusting the guy becauz it was only for 625 fg and the guy was pretty known + i was pretty sure he would have refunded if anything
you can have up to 35% mf on a amulet its lvl 26 req if dual mod you can get the affixe as well which add 15mf for 50mf total for magic rings with dual mf mod you get up to 40% mf
prepatch rare amulet could get 48% exactly at maximum if i remember correctly and todays rare amulet could only go up to 35% with 2x mod
