Which of theses two circs would add more ar on lets say, a lvl 99 bvc with standard 63fcr setup, anyone wanna test this on hero editor or w/e for me? I'll toss some nerd coins

I'll do the math for you if you give me the needed data:

• Whirlwind Attack% bonus
  
• Axe Mastery Attack% bonus
  
• Your Dexterity WITHOUT either helm
  
• The total amount of +Attack Rating you have from other gear and charms

That being said, most likely the Visionary is going to yield more Attack Rating, for the following reason:

• Soul Hood has +111 Attack Rating and 18 Dex, so it totals +201 base Attack Rating
  
• Visionary at lvl 99 gives +99% Attack Rating
  
• Level 30 Whirlwind and Axe Mastery give a total of +405% attack rating, making the Visionary effectively give you +19.6% total Attack Rating.
  
• For +201 base Attack Rating to give you more than +19.6% total Attack Rating, you would have to have at most +1025 attack rating from items/charms. Btw, this would amount to having less than 5176 total Attack Rating.
  
• Dual Raven Frosts and 26x 32020s give +1220 base attack rating total, which would give you more than 5176 total Attack Rating

TL;DR: Do you have at least 5176 Attack Rating? Then Visio circlet is better.

No matter your setup, at lvl99 vis will give you more ar even with very low base ar from gear and dex

Only if you allow enchant , if not the first. With enchant number two, will have a better boost i have do the test my self.

Enchant is allowed (at least on eu) as long as its from cube iirc?

Even in europe some (rules) don t allow. I play most of the time without. It s free option to play with enchant at the end , rules don t matter on pub .

Pubs = Enchant allowed
Tvt = Enchant allowed
FPK = Enhcant allowed
CW(if they would still exist) = Enchant allowed
PVM = Enchant allowed

So i don't see where else they can duel and not use any enchant? Maby in melee tours, but people in meele tours use visio's helm which are eth for high def anyway. They don't use FCR circ then ;d
