For gloves to be worth selling for 10fg+ it needs the following.
(2skills), (20ias), (10+ str or dex)
Bonus mods in decreasing importance: (Knockback), (Both Str and Dex), (Leech), (20+ Resist (Light/Cold preferred))


If you don't have 2 skills then the below mods are must.
(20ias), (10+ str), (10+ dex), (20+ Resist (Light preferred))
Bonus: (Eth + Rep + High ED (100+)), (Another 20+ Resist), (Knockback), (Leech)

Basially 2skills are worth selling if 10+ str or dex. w/o 2 skills you need both str and dex.
