what would i need to get to the cap 5attacks pr sec ?
What kind of weapons is this achivable with.

demon crossbow can also do it if you like shitty shapeshift builds

Griswold caduceus (115 ias Caduceus), or 95 ias Phase blade (shael + 5 x 15ias/adds).

what is the pros and cons of Grisworld Caduceus vs Phaseblade ?

Also for boots im thinking Sanders or IK boots for the added AR and 40frw. are there better alternatives ?

I would go IK boots for your build if resists aren't an issue

If you go bear sorc
Go with 6os giant tresher
Faster ias breakpoint, +4 range instead of +1
