I’m buying a gsxr 600 for my first bike used 2008 4,500 mileage for 4,500 Usd. Hopefully this is what I wanted I’ve been saving up for a bike and gears and shit to ride haha

sounds reasonable. take the motorcycle safety foundation course if your state can get you in there cheap.

i had fun at mine and took quite a bit away from it.

600 inline 4cylinder for first bike you will probably lowside crash it first season (even if you are careful it doesnt matter, you gotta countersteer that bike like the race bike it is)

set aside 400-630$ for a suit and 120$ for a helmet and you are good. buy once cry once.

insurance should be a piece of cake, you might not like the upright riding position on that 650f at first. but if you really put miles down you it will grow on you

if your rides are under an hour you might prefer something more similar to your zx6 like a cbr600

but you might really like that bike too, they can be super comfortable.

i just got some dual sport tires put on my 650 i got my polyester layering on under my 1 piece and im going for year round riding.

i think your frame is steel on the 650f too so if you dump it it wont crumble like some of these race bikes can.

Ya it's way more comfortable than my 636.

Quiet as shit though, will probly get a new exhaust soon.
